At Better World Project, we stand behind the quality and integrity of every wellness product we create. Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 365-day return policy with important conditions outlined below.

 

Important Note on Consumables

Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused consumable items that are still in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Opened or used bottles or any other consumable products are not eligible for return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, you’ll receive:

  • A return guide

  • Instructions on where and how to send your item

⚠️ Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used consumable products

  • Perishable goods or personal care items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or discounted items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item and place a new order separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union:

  • You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

This policy applies only to orders delivered within the EU.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@betterworldproject.com.
