At AzureVitamins, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Where We Ship
We ship to over 38 countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and many more. At checkout, you'll see the available shipping options for your location.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (up to 72 hours on weekends). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination:
- US & Canada: 5–14 business days
- UK: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
Please note: international orders may occasionally take slightly longer due to customs processing.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don't see the email, please check your Promotions or Spam folder.
Customs & Duties
All AzureVitamins shipments are duty-free. You will not be charged any customs fees or tariffs. If you ever receive a customs payment request related to your order, please contact us immediately and we'll resolve it.
Wrong Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once dispatched, we'll do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the package is with the courier.
Order Not Arrived?
First, check your tracking link for the latest updates. If it shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with family members, neighbors, or your local post office. If your order appears stuck in transit, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the shipping carrier.
