But enzymes don't work on a two-week clock, and the research behind them didn't run on one either. So before you decide, here's what the studies actually measured, and when.
The research
The biggest nattokinase study waited a full year.
The largest human study on nattokinase to date followed 1,062 adults for twelve months before taking its readings. It also found that the lower daily dose it tested didn't do the job, so both the dose and the time mattered.
Chen et al., Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine, 2022.
Serrapeptase, CardioBone and the Stack work the same way: they're built for daily use over months, not a quick test. Every one of those timelines is longer than the average subscription that gets cancelled.
The part nobody says out loud
90 days on the calendar isn't 90 days of capsules.
Your body doesn't count days since you ordered. It counts the doses you actually took. Be honest: which row is you?
If you're in one of the red rows, you haven't really tried it yet. You're on day 45, or day 25, about to make a day-90 decision.
Illustrative arithmetic based on one capsule a day.
The timeline
What 90 consistent days looks like.
-
Days 1–30
Building the habit
Enzymes aren't stored, so month one is about making the daily dose automatic. It's also the month most people quit.
-
Days 30–60
Routine sets in
The capsule lives next to the coffee. You stop thinking about it, which is exactly the point.
-
Days 60–90
Time to check in
If you track any numbers with your doctor, this is a sensible point to compare with where you started.
-
Day 91
Decide with information
Cancel here and it's a decision. Cancel at day 40 and it's a guess.
Cancelling doesn't pause the clock. It resets it. Come back in two months and you're on day one again.
If you're on the fence
Five reasons to give it the full 90.
- Your subscriber price stays locked. A new one won't be.You're on the rate from the day you joined. Leave and come back later, and you pay whatever the price is then.
- You've already paid for the hardest month. The first 30 days are when you notice least. Leaving now means you paid for the build-up and skipped what it was building to.
- Restarting isn't resuming.Your body doesn't hold a reserve of nattokinase. Stop for a couple of months and you don't pick up at day 60; you start over.
- Bottles piling up is a schedule problem, not a product problem.Switch to every 2 or 3 months and the extras sort themselves out, while your routine keeps running.
- Your 365-day guarantee is still there. If you took it consistently and it's not for you, talk to us about the guarantee. You don't have to cancel to use it.

Most cancellations aren't about the product. They're about timing, frequency, or the wrong formula. All of those take two clicks, and none of them reset your clock.
